WE ❤️ LOCAL at The Blennerhassett Hotel and Spa! Locally-sourced ingredients are often fresher and of an elevated quality than ingredients that have been processed and shipped from far away. We work with trusted distributors, farmers, butchers and manufacturers from within a 4-hour radius to be able to put the best possible ingredients in your carefully-crafted dish. Our local focus also helps to support the economy by keeping money in our area, which is then reinvested by the farmers and producers we support.
Sourcing ingredients locally also helps us reduce our carbon footprint, eliminating the need for long-distance travel and promoting sustainability.
